Domestic Shipping Policies:

Tracking numbers can only be obtained by contacting the shipping department at shipping@mac-pro.com or 1-800-525-3888. For Security Purposes your tracking number will not be available online.

Freight charges in most cases are calculated at the time of check out. If your freight charge is calculated below a reasonable amount, an error has occurred and you will be contact with the actual freight charge as soon as Mac Pro Systems receives the order. Mac Pro Systems will not process your order until we hear back from the customer regarding the error in freight. Products are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, Mac Pro Truck Fleet or other common carrier. Orders received before 6:00pm EST will usually ship the same day. Mac Pro does not guarantee to ship products on Saturday, though the shipping department has been known to come in to work on some Saturdays to catch up, and no shipping occurs Sunday. Transit times do not include Saturday or Sunday.

*A Note on Saturday Delivery: Saturday Delivery is not an offered option in checkout. To obtain Saturday Delivery, you must choose FedEx Priority Overnight (Saturday Delivery is only available for orders placed on Friday) and write "Saturday Delivery" in the comment field. There is a $15 charge for this service, which will be manually added to your total.

Once your order has shipped, your invoice is automatically sent via E-mail.

* Due to a bug in our system, the Web Site has been known to offer Global Express as your only shipping option, Shipping charges may include packaging, processing, and handling charges. domestic orders will be adjusted to normal before the order is sent, and your invoice will reflect the proper amount.
