| International Shipping Policy |

Mac Pro International Service will send your product via the most efficient method to get your product to you as soon as possible usually via Global Express Mail or Global Priority Mail. Mac Pro is not responsible for delays due to Customs and transit time. You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and additional charges that may be imposed. We have found that international packages are more likely to encounter delays. We can assist you in tracking your packages only after 30 days has past since the ship date. (Please realize Mac Pro will not do anything other than ship your package and hope it gets there. You are solely responsible and assume all risks in transit, we will do nothing until the 60 days has passed to file a claim.) Another item free of charge will not be sent, so don't even ask. If you do not agree to these terms, DO NOT ORDER! We can provide you with your shipping status by simply logging on to www.mac-pro.com under the "My Account" tab. Orders marked "Billed" have been shipped. Additional questions can be answered via E-Mail at shipping@mac-pro.com. If you suspect your item is lost, we can submit a claim on your behalf no earlier than 60 days after the shipment date. We apologize in advance and hope your packages get to you in a timely fashion.
Freight charges in most cases are calculated at the time of check out. If your freight charge is calculated below a reasonable amount, an error has occurred and you will be contact with the actual freight charge as soon as Mac Pro Systems receives the order. Mac Pro Systems will not process your order until we hear back from the customer regarding the error in freight.
Mac Pro will warranty most products we sell, if your not sure on the duration of a warranty and/or if it will be warrantied directly by Mac-Pro, please contact your Mac Pro service provider for more information. Shipping costs for Warranty is not covered on international orders, buyer assumes all shipping charges, risks, and responsibility with international orders. Buyer will not hold Mac-Pro accountable for any loss, failure, or damage. Shipping charges may include packaging, processing, and handling charges. |
