* Direct mail-in repair service is available for many Apple products. Apple will send you a box and pre-paid air bill to ship your product via express courier to the Apple repair center. Apple will also return your repaired product by express courier.
* Customer-installable parts, designed for customers comfortable performing simple installations, may be used for certain peripheral devices, accessories, or cards. Apple sends a replacement item and you return the failed item to Apple.
